Setup II – Ground Plan
Space emerges not only from what is present, but from what is absent. It is not constructed, but indicated.

The installation forms an almost square ground plan, composed of three elements at the corners: a straight column, a curved column that restores itself to the same height, and a separate column base. The fourth corner is missing.
Between the elements, two tiles connect each position. The centre remains empty. The arrangement suggests a structure, yet its interruption keeps the ground plan open.
Although the curved column reaches the same height as the straight one, its base remains uneven. The installation shows a balance that emerges within an incomplete configuration.
Opstelling II – Ground Plan
De ruimte ontstaat niet alleen uit wat aanwezig is, maar juist uit wat ontbreekt. Zij wordt niet gebouwd, maar aangewezen.

De installatie vormt een bijna vierkant grondplan, opgebouwd uit drie elementen op de hoekpunten: een rechte zuil, een kromme zuil die zich herstelt tot dezelfde hoogte, en een afzonderlijke zuilvoet. De vierde hoek ontbreekt.
Tussen de elementen liggen telkens twee tegels. Het midden blijft leeg. De ordening suggereert een structuur, maar de onderbreking houdt het grondplan open.
Hoewel de kromme zuil haar top op gelijke hoogte brengt met de rechte zuil, blijft de basis ongelijk. De installatie toont een evenwicht dat ontstaat binnen een onvolledige configuratie.
